I don't have much experience travelling through agencies who provide holiday packages but one thing what I'm sure is that, this is how it must be done! Neat, transparent and well organized. Everything from the day we discussed to travel to landing back at base was sorted beforehand and not even once did we feel the need to complain. In short, loved the trip and the hassle free planning of the same. Next time we have a trip to plan, Jiris will be it. Hands down.
